Make yourself at home in the Estate House as you prepare for your special day. The open floor plan features a full kitchen, dining room, and spacious living area—offering plenty of room for your wedding party to relax and get ready together. Each of the five bedrooms includes its own private full bathroom, giving everyone the space and comfort they need. Plus, the ground level adds even more room to spread out, with a pool table, TV, and additional lounge space perfect for unwinding before the celebration begins.

About Us
We’re Sarah and Collin, along with our daughters, Finley and Millie. As high school sweethearts who have shared a lifetime of love and big dreams, we’re incredibly excited to bring our passion and experience to Lakeside Estate by Waverly.
For years, running a wedding venue has been my (Sarah’s) dream. After coordinating weddings across Richmond and beyond—and planning our own—I knew I wanted to one day create a space where couples could experience a meaningful, relaxed, and unforgettable wedding weekend. That dream first became reality in 2015 when we discovered what would become Waverly Estate, our flagship venue.
Now, nearly a decade later, we’re beyond thrilled to expand our vision with the opening of Lakeside Estate, a waterfront sister venue designed with the same heart and purpose. Lakeside Estate offers a serene and scenic setting where couples can slow down, soak in the beauty around them, and truly enjoy every moment of their wedding experience.
Just like at Waverly, our mission at Lakeside Estate is to make you feel right at home—from your first tour to the final dance. We can’t wait to welcome you, get to know you, and help create memories you’ll cherish forever.
